Potential safety issues involving ArchestrA graphics have been identified in Application Server 3.0 (with or without Patch 01 or Patch 02) and in InTouch 10.0 (with or without Patch 01 or Patch 02).  To fully address these issues, all of the below instructions must be followed:

 1.      Read Tech Alerts 107, 108, and 109 on the Wonderware Technical Support website for a full description of these issues and follow the necessary steps to address them in your installations.

2.      Apply Patch 03 for Application Server 3.0 and Patch 03 for InTouch 10.0 to all existing and new software installations of Application Server 3.0 (with or without Patch 01 or Patch 02) and InTouch 10.0 (with or without Patch 01 or Patch 02). 
Note:  If you currently have InTouch 10.0 Patch 01 installed, you will first need to install InTouch 10.0 Patch 02 and then install InTouch 10.0 Patch 03.

o        Carefully read and follow the instructions in the “Readme.html” files included with the patches.

3.      Download and install the new Base Galaxy Backup files per Tech Alert 108.

4.      Download the “ArchestrA Symbol and Repair Utility” from the Wonderware Technical Support website, read the included documentation and run the utility on your InTouch 10.0/Application Server 3.0 applications.

InSQL80SP3a.zip - Service Pack 3a for InSQL 8.0
(July 18, 2005) [14,341,512 bytes] To install IndustrialSQL Server 8.0 SP3a simply run the downloaded executable to extract the files into their own directory, then run the setup program. This service pack may be applied to IndustrialSQL Server 8.0 (no service pack), 8.0 SP1, or 8.0 SP2. There is no reason to apply this to IndustrialSQL Server 8.0 SP3 systems as the only difference between SP3 and SP3a is the removal of some legacy third party components. Patches and hotfixes for IndustrialSQL Server 8.0 SP3 can also be applied to SP3a.  Please carefully review this document for details regarding this update.

(July 02, 1997) - This DLL fixes a problem in the Historical data retrieval engine that sometimes causes the pens to display flat lines. After unzipping this file, replace the existing DLL with this new version.
VIEW56B.ZIP - VIEW.EXE Corrects DDE Reinit Problem in IT5.6a
(April 09, 1997) - This view.exe corrects a DDE Reinitialization problem that is found in InTouch 5.6a. Simply download and unzip this file and replace your current view.exe.
 
InTouch 5.1b (16-bit)
IT51B.ZIP - (January 09, 1997) - This is a zip file of InTouch 5.1b for Windows. This file is for use by first time Comprehensive Support subscribers that are making the migration from InTouch 4.11 to InTouch 5.6 for Windows or InTouch 6.0 for Windows NT and do not have access to this version of InTouch.

This is the same WWLogger that is installed with InTouch 6.0b SP2.
Y2KWWLog16.zip - Year 2000 compliant version of the Wonderware Logger Utility for 16bit FS1000 installed I/O Servers (July 19, 1999) - [89,164 bytes]. Please see the included IO Server help file under "Achieving Y2K compliance for FS1000 I/O Servers" for installation instructions on installing this Patch. WWSysInfo.zip - This easy-to-use utility provides all the information you need to troubleshoot a software application problem.  This utility runs on Windows 95/98, Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000. (Note that under Windows NT the API doesn't return information on the amount of allocated memory.)

WWClientForFSA2.zip - Wonderware has an I/O troubleshooting utility called WWClient.  It was installed automatically as part of the FactorySuite 2000 components, but with FactorySuite A2 products, it must be installed separately. To use this utility, a FactorySuite A2 component must already have been installed on your PC. This will ensure that SuiteLink and NetDDE have been properly installed.

Installation:
Unzip the file WWClientForFSA2.zip file into any folder that does not already have the files WWClient or WWClintf.dll in it.  Run WWClient.exe by double-clicking on it or create a shortcut to it.
 
VMFindHole

VMFindHole.zip - InTouch 7.11 uses a feature called SmartHeap to manage memory related to the alarm subsystem.  System drivers and 3rd party software can conflict with the default memory location reserved by SmartHeap.  The VMFindHole utility can be used to locate a good starting address for SmartHeap.
 
WinIdxGen

WinIdxGen.zip - Use this utility to regenerate the ww_wdws.ndx file in the event that you have a your corrupted InTouch® application.  You might want to use this utility if your computer has crashed, and upon restarting WindowMaker™, you can no longer view the application windows or get an empty window list for your InTouch application.

Note: This program will not work if the WIN files for the InTouch application have become corrupted. This utility will only work on InTouch files generated with the 32-bit version of InTouch.

ITAppVer

ITAppVer.zip - Use this utility to examine the data file version of your InTouch® application.  You will be able to view the earliest version of InTouch that supported your InTouch application.  The InTouch application data file version does not necessarily change with each release or service pack of InTouch.  The number is only different when a significant change is made to one or more of the data files used by InTouch.   This conservation is by design, in order to save the end user from unnecessary 'application conversions'.
