If a support representative isn't available, please leave a detailed voice message and we'll call you back as soon as possible. You must have your support contract number to speak with a technical support engineer; in addition, please have the following information available:

• Server & Version (if applicable)
• Operating System and Version
• Hardware being used (if applicable)
• Error Message in WW Logger (if applicable)
• Error Message in WW Logger (if applicable)
• Error Appearing on Screen (if applicable)
• Description of Problem
