Wonderware Midwest employs Wonderware-Certified Technical Services Engineers (TSEs) to support, troubleshoot, test, and train on the use of Wonderware's FactorySuite 2000/A2 software components (a set of software productivity tools providing decision support to manufacturing and process operations). The daily use of these products provides our TSEs with a unique skill set that you can leverage to enhance the performance of your FactorySuite 2000/A2 installation.

The Wonderware Midwest Consulting Services Program is a fee-based service that makes TSEs available to you for on-demand, limited engagement assistance with your deployment of FactorySuite 2000/A2.

Supported Activities / WonderCareTM Offerings

Arranging for Services

Wonderware Midwest's Technical Services Engineers (TSEs) are generally available to begin scheduled engagements within a few days of notification. Requests for immediate service will be entertained, but are strictly subject to availability of the TSEs.

Three Easy Steps

Upon Completion

Within 30 days of completion of the contracted services, Wonderware Midwest will send you an invoice that includes a detailed description of all services, hours, and miscellaneous expenses, as well as a copy of the original letter of confirmation.
